Coupeville Vacation Rental Policies

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

RESERVATIONS:

Agreed upon reservation details can be e-mailed to you before you send deposit. Your reservations will be held with a personal check equal to half (50%) of the TOTAL Rental amount. Make checks payable to Ray Kellison, 22960 Supreme Court, Bend, OR 97702. The remaining balance shall be due 30 days prior to your arrival date and may be made by personal check, credit card, cashiers check or money order.

POLICIES:

The use of the Coupeville Vacation Rental is limited to the number of people (Maximum 10) agreed upon at the time of reservation.
You must be 25 years or older to reserve the Coupeville Vacation rental.
Guests of the Coupeville Vacation Rental shall be responsible for any damage, accident, death or injury to any person or loss of personal property sustained by any person.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED inside the Coupeville Vacation Rental unit.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay.
Use of tents, campers, motor homes or any type of recreational vehicle are not allowed on the property.
No parties, receptions, large gatherings, weddings or similar events are allowed without the express written authorization of the management along with applicable deposits and fees.
Upon arrival, please check the property and report any damages.
Upon departure kitchen should be clean and garbage placed in dumpster.
Please leave both keys on kitchen counter and lock box key in lock box.
Please turn off all heat, lights, and TV's and make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked upon departure.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

Your credit card will be kept on file as your damage deposit.

REFUNDS:

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before contract period all advance payments will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled 29 days or less before contract period and the property is not able to be re-rented for the contract period, all advance payments will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented for the contract period all advance payments will be refunded, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. No refunds are allowed for early departure.
